You came here to read about our frameworks, so here they are. Two models sit behind every program we build. The Two-System Model comes from cognitive science and explains why some moments should feel effortless while others should make people stop and think. The 6i Model covers the six phases a program has to move through, from creating a reason to care to proving something stuck. Each is written up as a short article, with the full paper to download.
